Before releasing a new model, strict quality control is applied throughout the R&D process, purchasing raw materials, finished product inspection, and after-sale service.

R&D Quality Control
Our products are designed in strict accordance with national industrial standard and USA military standard. Our products conform to certifications of CCC,CE,RoHS And UL, which are issued by international communications professional authoritative organizations. Management is standardized during the whole development process. Specially-assigned person takes charge of testing and experiments. Our company constantly innovates and keeps pace with time to ensure technicalities and practicalities of our products.

Incoming Raw Material Control
Yiguang has standardized purchase management system as well as ICQ testing laboratories. Through multiple screening and testing, we finally sort out suppliers which meet our requirements. We have established long term and stable cooperative relationships with well-known international suppliers.

Process Quality Control
Yiguang makes formal operation instructions. Every procedure has to be carried out as planned to ensure its meticulousness. Samples have to be processed with reliability test and pre-shipment inspection using advanced precision measuring instruments. First Pass Yield is more than 95%. Operators and inspectors need to go through three phases of training, which are induction training, on-the-job regular training and special skills training. Self-checking and mutual inspection between procedures need to be strengthened. We have established comprehensive quality accessing system and put it in to effect. Finished Product Quality Control
YiGuang makes procedures and related documents for finished product quality teat and control. Dynamic management and control of product quality is available. Practical conditions can be simulated to test product quality. These tests include aging test, high and low temperature, thermal shock test, rain test, drop test and vibration test. All these tests are conducted in strict accordance with national industrial standards and CCC,CE,RoHS And UL certifications issued by international communications professional authoritative organizations. Our reliability test ensures high product quality. We guarantee that our products work normally and achieve great performance under various environments.
